How to Register

If you would like your child to attend Ashton Gate Out of School Care, you need to complete the following steps. If you have any questions about any stage of this process, please do not hesitate to contact us to ask for help.

If you have been offered a place for your child at Ashton Gate Primary School in September 2018 and need childcare before and after school you will need to register with us. You should receive a registration form 2018/19 with your letter from the school confirming your child’s class in May. Please complete the form and pay the registration fee of £50. We will process your registration form from 27th June 2018 and advise you of your places in due course.
Alternatively, from mid May you can pick up a registration form for your child from Caretaker’s House (next to the school) or download the form from our website. The sooner you return your form and correct fee the more likely you are to get the places you need. Completed forms and fees will be held in order that they are received and processed from the 27th June 2018 onwards. We will advise you of your confirmed bookings and if you are on any waiting lists for particular days.”

Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

The registration form lets you tell us all the information we need to know before your child starts: including your child’s medical history, your child’s doctor, and how to contact you in an emergency. The forms for the 2017-18 school year, which starts with Summer 2017,  are now available.

Families with children starting in Reception in September 2017 at Ashton Gate School will be sent registration packs by the end of May. Packs will also be available at the Reception Evening on 21st June. Alternatively you can download them here

The registration fee applies to each family; there is no charge for additional children. It may be paid by: cash or cheque to Caretaker’s House; by childcare vouchers; or by electronic bank transfer.

Help with Childcare Costs
We understand that in these challenging times, childcare costs can seem like another huge expense that stretches already tight budgets. To help, we would like to point you in the direction of The Daycare Trust’s website and, in particular their Paying for Childcare page. There is information and guidance for working parents, parents who are studying and also a Tax Credit checker so that you can find out what you are eligible for.

AGOSC is registered with Ofsted so our fees are eligible for Working Tax Credits. We also accept many voucher payments and are happy to register with others where possible.
