Bella joined AGOSC in 2004, became Deputy Playcentre Manager in 2007, and was appointed Playcentre Manager in 2015. She has a Diploma in Playwork and a Foundation Degree in Early Years, Bella has over 14 years of childcare experience and has taken many courses including Safeguarding Disabled Children and Safer recruitment and epilepsy.
Laura is based at the Old Chapel Park site. She has a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years and a BA(Hons) Primary Education in Early Years Degree. Laura is trained in First Aid and has taken many courses including safeguarding, ADHD, inspiring leadership, Food Hygiene and Health and Safety.
Lauren has a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, Foundation Degree in Playwork and a BA (Hons) Degree in Education and Childhood studies. Lauren has also undertaken other relevant training such as: Safeguarding, Health and Safety and inspiring leadership. As well as being the Deputy Playcentre Manager for Key Stage 1, Lauren is the Key Person for the Red Roosters (Year 1).
Hannah joined AGOSC in 2009 and was promoted to Senior Playworker in 2015 . She has a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years and a Foundation Degree in Playwork. Hannah also works as a Learning Support Assistant at another primary school. Hannah is the Key Person for the Orange Octopuses (Year 3).
Lizzie joined AGOSC in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Playworker in 2015. She has a Diploma in Playwork and has trained in Safeguarding and outdoor Paediatric First Aid . she leads Forest school every Tuesday and Thursday for a group of KS2 children. Lizzie is also a children’s yoga teacher. Lizzie is one of the Green Gorillas (year 2) Key Workers.
Lauren joined AGOSC in 2009. She has completed a Childcare and Education Cache course at Level 3 and is First Aid trained. Lauren is the Key Person for the Purple Penguins (Nursery and Reception).
Linda joined AGOSC in 2014. She has a City & Guilds level 3 in children and young people’s workforce and has attended many courses, some of which include Paediatric First Aid, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Safeguarding, Sensory, Story Telling and Makaton. Linda is a Key Person for the Purple Penguins (Nursery and Reception). Linda is also a staff mentor.
Charlotte has a Level 3 in Playwork. She is trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Celebrating Cultures with Food. Charlotte has attended a course on Basic Counselling Skills and is trained in dealing with challenging behaviour. Charlotte enjoys running fundraising projects and projects with the children such as crochet and paper mache. Charlotte is the Key Person for the Orange Octopuses (Year 3).
Tina joined AGOSC in 2012. She is mainly based at OCP. Tina has a level 3 in Playwork and is trained in First Aid, Health and Safety, Child Protection, Positive Handling and Autism Awareness. She is the Key Person for the Yellow Yetis(Year 5).
Claire joined AGOSC in 2013 and is a Key Person for the Blue Bumblebees (Year 4) She joined Ashton Gate Primary School in 2006 and has worked in years 1-6 mainly on a 1:1 basis with children needing additional support. Many children find it reassuring to see a familiar face both in school and at AGOSC. Claire did a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature with the Open University. She is also chair of North Street Traders association.
Maxine joined AGOSC in 2014 and is a Key Person for the Green Gorillas (year 2). She has a Level 3 in Playwork and is First Aid trained. Maxine has also recently taken up the role of staff mentor.
Michele joined AGOSC in 2015. She is working at After School Club and is a Key Person for the Yellow Yetis (Year 5). Michele also works at Ashton Gate Primary School.
Katie is First Aid trained and has attended other courses such as Fire safety and Safeguarding. She is a key worker for the Red Roosters (Year 1).
Amber is mainly based at the Old Chapel Park site. She has a level 2 in Playwork and a level 3 in Health and Social Care. She has trained in Food Safety and Health and Safety. Amber is one of the Blue Bumblebees (Year 4) Key workers.
Jordan is based on the KS1 site, she is currently studying at UWE doing an Early Years Foundation Stage Diploma and is a Fine Art Graduate.
Georgia is a key worker for the Green Gorillas (year 2) She is passionate about saving the planet and is keen to share her passion with the children! Georgia has trained in Fire Safety, Safeguarding, H&S and Administering Medicine.
Jake has over 2 years experience volunteering in a sporting environment with children and holds a Level 3 Diploma in sports coaching and performance development. He has trained in Fire Safety and H&S. Jake a key worker for the Orange Octopuses (Year 3).
Jayne will be a familiar face to many as she also works at Ashton Gate Primary School. Jayne will be helping out at Breakfast club and After School club.
Summer is based mainly at OCP. She has undertaken various training including Safeguarding, H&S and Fire safety. She is also a lead youth worker at another setting and is working towards a level 2 & 3 in youth work.
Jo is based at the Caretakers house, she is a key person for the Red Roosters (year 1) and is studying a Degree in Social Psychology with the Open University.
Charlotte is a key worker for the Red Roosters. She is trained in First Aid and safeguarding. Charlotte holds a (BA Hons) in fine Art.
Martin has recently joined the team and is covering the Pink pandas key group whilst Laura is off.
Gemma is a Key person for the Purple Penguins (Nursery and Reception). She is a trained primary school teacher and has undertaken other training such as child protection, First Aid and GDPR.
George is a key worker for the Green Gorillas.
Connie is a cover playworker and is also training to become a nurse.
Lottie is mainly based at the KS1 site. She is a trained forest school leader and holds other certificates including Positive behaviour and Positive handling.
I joined AGOSC in March as a cover play worker and I am currently taking biology, psychology and chemistry at sixth form . Taken courses in safeguarding and I am trained in first aid as well as a sports leadership course.
