wraparound care for children aged four to eleven
Ashton Gate Out of School Care runs a holiday playscheme that is open to all children aged four to eleven. We are open every school holiday, Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 6pm (apart from Bank Holidays) and we are open on Ashton Gate Primary School’s inset days too. All playschemes are held in our Old Chapel Park site, opposite the school’s Early Years and Key Stage 1 buildings on Ashton Gate Road.
The May 2018 Holiday Playscheme runs from 26th May – 1st June.
Below you will find the forms you need to book the May Holiday Playscheme, you must first be registered with us (Registration forms have been sent out to existing users) . Then you can use the booking form to choose the days you would like your child to attend. When we have processed your booking form, we will send an email confirmation. (When you register with us, you will also have the option of booking your sessions online.)
During the holiday playschemes, we often take the children on exciting outings. This could be to a farm, zoo or park providing the children with lots of fun activities to complete, animals to see, and soft play and playgrounds to explore. To ensure the safety of the children, we always have safety talks with them before we leave and put on high visibility vests. We have a 5:1 adult ratio and have the children in groups that are checked and ticked off every 30 minutes. We move around the establishment as one group and thorough risk assessments are carried out beforehand.
