The Key Person Scheme at AGOSC assigns each child a dedicated staff member who helps address concerns the child may have at AGOSC. This key person is responsible for monitoring the child’s development, ensuring their unique needs are met, and building a strong relationship with their parents or carers. Key persons conduct regular observations of the children, which are shared with families through the FAMLY app.
