If you are a parent or carer looking for a relaxed and inspiring environment where your children can make new friends and experience new adventures during the School holidays, then look no further.
Ashton Gate Out of School Care runs a holiday playscheme that is open to all children aged 4 years+. We are open every school holiday (apart from Bank Holidays), Monday to Friday, with sessions starting at 7.45am with either a 3pm (or earlier) or 6pm collection option. We are open on Ashton Gate Primary School’s inset days too. All playschemes are held in our Old Chapel Park site, opposite the school’s Early Years and Key Stage 1 buildings on Ashton Gate Road.

Additional Information:
**Nut-Free Environment**
Due to children with nut allergies at our setting, we have to remove any nutty snacks brought to the holiday club to prevent direct contact and potential allergic reactions.
This includes;
Hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews, hummus, tahini, green pesto, cereal/nut bars (Nature Valley bars) and sesame.

- Lunch: Your child must bring a packed lunch to holiday playscheme. We will provide snacks during the morning and afternoon and water will be available throughout the day. **Please note breakfast is not provided**.
- Outdoor Play: We try to spend as much time outside as we can so your child should have a coat and/or suitable all weather clothing.
- Messy Play: Please dress your child in clothes, including their outdoor gear, suitable for painting or other lively activities. We do keep spare clothes for emergencies!

Making a Booking
When you book a holiday playscheme, we’ll send you an email to confirm the request. Your booking can then be approved or stay pending. If it’s approved, your child is booked in for the session you wanted.
If it’s pending, it means you’re on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you’ll get an email to let you know.
To cancel a booking or session, check out our Famly How to Guides page. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, just get in touch with Playcentre Manager Bella Wright. Please remember, there is a 3 weeks’ notice period.

An annual registration fee also applies. (£50 per family, per academic year)
